Program at Your Own Pace​

  • Sessions: 3 sessions 1 hour each
  • First Session: We’ll discuss your goals, habits, and history. I’ll design a personalized sequence for you to practice regularly, on your own time.
  • Second Session: I’ll provide you with a personalized practice design, and we’ll review, adapt, and modify it according to your progress and feelings. We’ll also practice together.
  • Following Sessions: We’ll discuss how you’re feeling, and if necessary, we’ll make further adjustments. Additional sessions can be added at a discounted rate.

 

Recordings: You’ll receive recordings of all sessions and your personalized practice.

Here’s the process of learning to take care of yourself with yoga that adapts to you:

First Session

Program at Your Own Pace

Online (via Zoom) or in-person (in Dubai), where I’ll ask you questions about how you’re doing, your habits, and your history.

7 Days Later

Design of Your Practice

Online session where we’ll practice your first personalized sequence together, and I’ll give you a drawn version to start practising on your own.

15 Days Later

Feedback and Review

We’ll meet again (online) to review the execution of the exercises, adjust if necessary, and discuss your sensations and the effects. Your feelings are important.

1 Month Later

Follow-Up and Progress (optional)

We’ll schedule periodic follow-up meetings to review your practice and decide if a new sequence is needed as a progression from the previous one.
