I’m Nati — yoga and mindfulness teacher, spiritual seeker, and the Spaniard behind Yoga with Nati.

Eleven years ago, pregnant with my first child, I was living on autopilot. Not unhappy, exactly. Just that quiet lostness that comes when life keeps moving and you’ve lost the thread of yourself. I didn’t know where I was going, or who I was becoming.

Then I found prenatal Kundalini yoga, and something in it reached a place nothing else had. Not immediately. But enough to know this was my path.

I’ve been exploring ever since. Hatha yoga, mindfulness, meditation, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, yoga for mental health. Not to collect certificates, but because each practice answered something I was genuinely carrying.

It has taken me to uncomfortable places and confronted me with my own fears. Slowly, and never in a straight line, it has given me back a sense of direction. It still does.

What kept me going deeper was the philosophy. Yoga is not a fitness system with ancient branding. It is a serious inquiry into the nature of the mind, the self, and how to live with more awareness and less suffering — a tradition thousands of years old, and as precise and relevant now as it has ever been. In a world of yoga influencers and postural perfection, the most radical thing you can do is go back to what yoga actually is.

Maybe your life works, seen from outside. You get everything done. People rely on you. “Fine” is your automatic answer and most days you believe it.

Then you wake at three with your mind already running. You’re tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix. Your shoulders sit up near your ears and your jaw aches by evening. You snap at the people who least deserve it, and feel awful about it after. You can’t sit still without reaching for your phone, because resting feels like one more thing you’d have to do properly. And if someone asked what you actually want, you’d have to think about it for a long time.

Underneath all of it, something keeps asking for something quieter and more real. You just don’t know the way in.

That’s the work we do together. Restorative yoga when you arrive wrung out. Breath when your mind won’t settle. Yoga Nidra when what you need is rest that goes deeper than sleep.

I teach in English and Spanish, in person in Dubai and online worldwide.

Always Learning

I’ve specialized in various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga because I believe learning from different traditions helps avoid rigidity. I’ve had the honor of learning from different teachers whose wisdom has provided profound spiritual guidance and continues to shape both my work and life.

Through my yoga journey, I’ve discovered that yoga is a powerful tool for personal transformation. It has helped me navigate life’s challenges with more ease and grace, and I’m passionate about sharing these life-changing benefits with others.

Whether you’re just starting or a seasoned practitioner, I invite you to join me on this path of self-discovery and growth through yoga and meditation.
