A yoga workshop for women who carry it all — mentally, emotionally and physically — and need a structured space to release tension, rest & restore.
Why This Workshop Matters
Many women live in sustained levels of stress, chronic stress & anxiety.
Mental load, emotional pressure, long working hours, expectations, hormonal changes, irregular rest, constant switching between roles — all of this accumulates in the body and nervous system.
According to the Mental Health Foundation (UK), women are more likely to encounter mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression; with stress being a significant contributing factor across different life stages.
Stress is not only mental.
It shows up physically: tension, fatigue, shallow breathing, difficulty resting, brain fog.
This workshop offers a clear, practical container where breath, physical movement and rest work together to support regulation and recovery; it doesn’t aim to fix everything at once.
Key Workshop content
A 90-minute session combining:
- Breathing exercises
- Yoga asana | movement
- Relaxation | restorative rest
- Yoga Nidra (guided deep rest)
The session is specifically designed to create a clear mindset & energy shift within a focused timeframe.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1) Pranayama (regulation + focus)
Breathing practices to settle attention and support the nervous system.
2) Yoga asana | conscious movement (physical practice)
A structured sequence which may include strength, mobility and intensity. Supported by clear cues, progressions and alternatives.
3) Relaxation | restorative rest (downshift)
Supported postures and guided relaxation to let the body drop alertness after effort & engage in relaxation.
4) Yoga Nidra (integration)
A guided closing practice for deep rest and mental quietness.

Nati Guil is a certified Yoga & Mindfulness Specialist with advanced trainings in both Adult & Children’s Mindfulness.
She has guided individuals across all age groups over her many years of experience in mind & body reconnecting practices – especially in stressful periods.
Her approach blends in ancient wisdom with modern tools, focusing on practical techniques which can be easily integrated in daily life. Having experienced first-hand how stress levels can badly impact our health & well-being; she thrives & is passionate about sharing tools which are not only effective, however sustainable & gentle at the same time. Nati is also certified in Mental Health Awareness, yoga nidra & Restorative Yoga.

Carla Julian left London for Dubai in 2013, pioneering Children’s Yoga in the region. She actively raises awareness and inspires little ones to happily develop and grow mindfully, in order to become more successful in all aspects of their life journey through Yoga. She is the avid Holistic Influencer amongst her circle, and has converted many students into a regular Yoga practice due to its Therapeutic benefits. Although she specialises in international teacher trainings, corporate, boutique retreats & private training mainly through Therapy Based Yoga & Pilates techniques, she has brought in Sensory Yoga for children with special additional needs to the Emirates, as well as ignited her signatures Mother&Daughter Yoga, Mom&Me Yoga and Dad&Me Yoga across Dubai; bringing the joy of partner and Acro-Yoga to strengthen the parent & child bond.
