The Work
Many women I work with are holding a lot. Work. Family. Mental load. Constant stimulation. The feeling of always needing to keep going.
And after a while, the body starts speaking too. Tension. Poor sleep. Anxiety. Emotional overwhelm. Feeling disconnected from your energy, your own rhythm.
Not because something is wrong with you. But because our nervous system was never designed to live in constant activation.
“This work is not about escaping life. It’s about learning how to move through it differently.”
Through therapeutic yoga, restorative practices, breathwork, mindfulness and Yoga Nidra, we create space for your body and mind to soften, regulate and reconnect.
Is This For You?
You don’t need to be in crisis to deserve support. If any of these feel familiar, this work may be for you.
The Sessions
This is not about performing poses or forcing yourself into another rigid routine. The sessions adapt to who you are — not a generic formula.
The practices
Deeply supported postures held for several minutes, using props so the body does no work. This isn't stretching — it's actively letting the nervous system come out of months of accumulated tension.
A guided practice done lying down, with eyes closed. It takes you into a state between sleep and waking where the body rests profoundly and the mind quiets. Thirty minutes of Nidra can give you the restorative effect of several hours of sleep.
Specific breathing techniques that regulate your nervous system. The way you breathe tells your body whether you're safe or under threat — learning this changes how you feel in minutes, not months.
Not "emptying the mind" — that's a myth. It's training attention so it stops jumping from thought to thought. Practical, accessible, and applicable to real life.
The capacity to actually be present in what's happening — instead of escaping into your phone, the next task, or mental noise. The foundation for feeling before reacting.
Your nervous system decides whether you live in "fight-or-flight" (constant stress) or "rest-and-digest" (calm). Most women I work with live in the first without realising it. We learn to shift.
Tools that bring you back into the body when the mind is racing. They reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and restore a sense of stability.
Strength & mobility
Building functional strength through bodyweight and resistance — so daily life feels easier and injuries happen less.
Restoring range of motion in joints and connective tissue — undoing what sitting, stress, and years of tension have tightened.
Training the deep muscles that protect your joints — so strength has a solid foundation to build on.
Understanding how you habitually hold your body — and gradually shifting patterns that cause chronic tension or pain.
Moving around pain, not through it. Adapting every session to what your body needs right now.
Bringing attention into how you move — not just going through the motions but actually feeling and refining each action.

Words From Clients
“
I’ve had one-on-one yoga sessions with Nati and absolutely loved it! I really appreciate the holistic approach she brings to the class, starting with meditation, breathwork, and then moving into the physical practice. She pays close attention to individual needs and gently encourages you to work on your weaker areas, which I found incredibly valuable. Thanks to her guidance and tips, I’ve noticed real improvement in my practice.

“
I felt very well guided during the session, and everything was beautifully adapted to my needs, especially since my previous experience with yoga had only been for a short period of time. I loved the energy it gave me for the rest of the day, and it really deepened my interest in the practice. I’m already looking forward to the next session 😊

Acerca de
I’m Nati — yoga and mindfulness teacher working with women navigating stress, overwhelm and disconnection.
My approach is personal, adaptive and grounded in real life. I don’t believe in rigid routines or one-size-fits-all wellness. I believe in working with the body you have, in the season of life you’re in.
Each session I offer is built around you — your nervous system, your patterns, your goals.
“I work with the person in front of me — not the version of them that has more time, more energy or more flexibility.”

FAQ
Many women who come to this work have tried classes or apps before. Often the issue is that the approach was too general or disconnected from what they were actually experiencing. This work is much more personalised, therapeutic and adaptive.
Part of the process is learning how to integrate supportive practices into real life sustainably. The goal is not perfection — it’s practices that genuinely support you.
Flexibility is not the focus. This work is about awareness, regulation and reconnecting with yourself in a grounded way. You meet the practice exactly where you are.
Absolutely possible. Depending on your needs, sessions may include strength-based movement, mobility work and supportive physical practice — approached sustainably.
Many women have spent years in constant doing. That’s why we approach this gradually — creating conditions for the body and mind to slowly feel safer over time.
Sessions are held online via video call or in person in Dubai. You just need a quiet space and a mat .
