Then Private one-to-one Yoga sessions are a great way for you to further deepen and/or develop your practice at your own pace because they are tailored to meet your specific needs.
I offer 60-minute or 90-minute hands-on personalized sessions that allow you to work closely with me by focusing on your own goals and capabilities. My target is to serve your individual needs should you wish to receive personal modifications and/or feedback on your postures or practice.
Private sessions are very beneficial for individuals whose needs, from special health concerns to injuries, may not be completely met by group classes, as well as for individuals who would rather not practice in front of strangers or at a crowded facility.
